I had a good weekend last week. I managed to see my baby on Friday night! Hee..it's so hard for him to even get a night off nowadays. Today is Tuesday..and he's supposed to have nights off on Tuesdays.. :( Anyway, we just ate dinner at his place only because he had to book in after that.
On Saturday, we went down to the Career Fair at Suntec after he booked out. When was the last time I went down? I can't remember whether is it last year or the year before, or even 2003. But I know I went with Darran di. There were lots of people there. If you thought the universities section were overcrowding, wait till you see the jobs and employment section. -.-" After talking to lecturers and getting some course brochures, we managed to narrow down our selection to: SIM, UniSIM, SMU and TMC. Our legs were so tired we went home after that.
I stayed over at his house that night, together with his friends - Andrew, Simon, Haryanto (ASH), David. Going into his room reminded me of an internet cafe lolz. There were 4 computers and lots of game screens. But of course, they didn't play the whole night because they had much more important things to do and discuss. (with the exception of me and David :P)
Next morning went down to St Matt's with them. Err..then spent nearly the entire day there already.
I pray that God is in the midst of all their discussions, guiding them through and healing them from all the hurt and pain they had suffered, and strengthening their friendship and make them stronger individuals.
